Web-based training provides flexibility for busy professionals who want to keep their skills current but cannot pre-schedule days for classroom training. All of the OMN courses provide certificates of completion and test results to document your accomplishments.
There are "Short Courses" for Lean and Six Sigma training. These are ideal for the manager who needs to understand the concepts without getting into the details and for focused departmental training meetings.
